I’ve been really into frozen treats lately so I thought I’d invent a delicious easy one for summer. Introducing the Frozen Elvis! A chocolate covered peanut butter and banana frozen treat. Here’s what you’ll need.
Ingredients:
Peanut Butter
2 Bananas cut in half width wise
**************
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp salted butter
2 tbsp milk or cream
teeny tiny pinch of salt
Instructions:
Cut bananas in half, put a stick on one end and coat on one side with peanut butter.
Freeze for a few hours or overnight.
In a double boiler combine together and melt chocolate chips, butter, milk and salt until smooth.
When chocolate is melted, quickly, so the peanut butter doesn’t melt, dip and fully coat banana in chocolate, sprinkle with sprinkles and immediately return to freezer for about an hour.
